Management & Consultancy
EMIS provides a professional management consultancy service to all sectors of the engineering, fabrication and manufacturing industry with particular emphasis on project management, economic analysis and project execution planning, contracting strategy and contract engineering.
Cost Estimate
In the early phase cost estimation three approaches are applied (i) use of existing data base (ii) use of market correction factors (iii) request for supplier data. A contingency factor is added to cover market instability and project uncertainties especially at this early stage of project. The contingency compensates for the effects of non-symmetric distributions for each of the components in the estimate and to cover for unspecified cost elements.

Our project management philosophy is to take full responsibility for the technical and economic optimization of design and project coordination, including project execution planning, budget control, document control, interface management, liaison with certifying authorities and vendor management.
